The OJJ editorial team aims to keep the 2026 BTS Conference Proceedings submission and publication process as clear, supportive, and as straightforward as possible.
The timeline below gives you an idea of what to expect from submitting your proposal through to publication. While some stages of the process depend on reviewer availability and the extent of revisions required, we ask for your cooperation and patience to keep the process moving efficiently.
We encourage authors to submit their manuscripts and revisions as early as possible. An early submission gives you and our reviewers more time to work through feedback and revisions, and helps us prepare the proceedings for publication by the end of the year.
